Plant Administrator Position, full-time, permanent role, based in Kildare.


Your new company
As a Construction Plant Administrator, you will be part of the Plant Department in the head office of a construction company based in Kildare. It is a full-time permanent role which has hybrid options after the probationary period.

Your new role
As a Construction Plant Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Plant Department. You will be working alongside a team and have a flexible and adaptable nature. You must complete administrative tasks in a timely manner when assigned to you. Your duties will include but are not limited to assigning vehicles and maintaining records, organising maintenance documentation for vehicles, the plant and safety equipment, general office duties like filing, stock taking and spreadsheets, reception cover for holidays and breaks, booking flights and accommodation, lease reconciliations, file maintenance, process credit card receipts and reconciliations of statements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 2 years of relevant experience within a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills as it is a fast-paced environment. You must have a positive, proactive and customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills with a focus on Excel. It is beneficial (but not essential) if the candidate has experience in Purchasing Department, Accounts Payable and Operations.
