Company Secretary - €65-68k - Dublin City / Hybrid - Permanent
Your new company
As Company Secretary you will join one of Irelands leading law firms. Your new office is conveniently located in the heart of Dublin City Centre although you will be offered a hybrid working model. Your new team have exciting plans in place for 2023 and require you to join their company compliance and governance team on a full time, permanent basis.
Your new role
As Company Secretary you will assist with the companies’ directors and owners to comply the complexities of Irish Company Law. You will manage various client portfolios, arrange and attend meetings while taking minutes when required. You will be responsible for assisting with existing clients and partners through transactional work. Building key relationships will be an essential element of your role in addition to representing and hosting ICSA networking events.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within professional services. A third level qualification in a related field together with the ICSA affiliation alongside a strong working knowledge of the Companies Act 2014 is also essential. You will have excellent organisational skills in addition to attention to detail. Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication skills both spoken and written are required.
