11 month contract for legal executive looking to gain Company Secretarial experience in global FS company.


Your new company
Established in Dublin City Centre, this is a global US Multi-national Bank.

Your new role
To cover for 11 months whilst incumbent is on Maternity Leave, you will be working within a team of 2 other experienced Company Secretaries to ensure monthly Executive Committee meetings Agendas are prepared accurately on a regular basis and to then minute and manage the process on an ongoing basis.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail. It would be advantageous if you were coming from a legal background but not required. Excellent Administrative skills and communication along with a "Can Do" attitude will be be important.

Knowledge of Co. Sec minute taking and recording will be in Executive Committee meeting would be a definite advantage
