They strive for quality operational excellence and precision in everything they do. They are now looking for CNC machinists to join their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC Milling Machines to machine parts complete from design drawings as well as setting up CNC Mills in the most effective and efficient way. You will need to be able to read and interpret drawings and knowledgeable in geometric dimensioning and tolerances and maintain safe operations by adhering to all safety procedures. You will have a duty to inspect, and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly and to become conversant with all CNC Mills, control panels and programming parameters within the Company.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant practical experience is desirable as well as programming experience using G – code and setting of multi-axis machines Be able to work on own initiative Experience in operation and setting Hitachi, Doosan, Mazak, Hurco or Mori Seiki Mills Working knowledge of Fanuc controllers Experience of Lean manufacturing systems Ideally have worked in a medical device company previously or in manufacturing
