Client Support Team Lead - French speaking - Digital Client Support Team

Your new role
In your new role as a Client Support Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team that proactively works with provide support to the client operations. This includes handling technical support escalations and engaging with clients using the most efficient method to resolve the query or liaise with higher levels of support to investigate further. The team focuses specifically on handling tech support where French is required and delivers technical support in English on the wide range of products across multiple applications.

You will be responsible for activities such as represent Digital Client Support Team in cross-departmental meetings and forums, Collate and report key team performance metrics, proactively identify issues and trends through the reviews, provide input on client experience projects, continually seek quality and process improvements. You will be accountable for all aspects of delivery and monitoring effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be client – focused and you will demonstrate strive for continuous client experience improvement. You will be fluent French speaker (or be multiple major European language-speaker) with excellent communications skills. You will also have experience leading and mentoring teams and have demonstrated experience in client, customer and stakeholder relationship management. You will be eager to learn more about company’s digital products and be keen to become an SME in those.
