Your new role

This role focuses on ensuring the secure and accurate handling of cash across various operational processes. You will play a key part in reconciliation, ATM support, and cash distribution, maintaining strict adherence to procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Handle cash securely and accurately, following established procedures.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain precise records of all transactions.
• Support ATM operations and cash distribution processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Deliver tasks within agreed SLAs, maintaining efficiency and reliability.

• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to work with financial data.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistently within SLAs.
