Full-time permanent position of Call Centre Manager for International Car Rental Company

Your new company
As Call Centre Manager, you will lead a team of Customer Care Agents in a Multinational Car Rental company based in North Dublin. It is accessible via transport links and by car. This role is a permanent full-time position.

Your new role
As Call Centre Manager, you will lead the Assistant Manager, Team Leads and Customer Care Agents in the smooth and efficient running of the call centre. Your duties will include but are not limited to achieving performance/sales targets set out by the Senior Management Team, meeting financial KPIs, liaising with internal departments and operations, putting together weekly and monthly reports when required, conducting regular team meetings, ensuring all HR processes are adhered to, updating the company website and helpdesks, maintaining a positive working environment in which colleagues are motivated and determined to meet their targets and reach their potential.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role with the ability to motivate a team, drive to meet targets and work under pressure. A degree in management or management experience within the Car Industry are advantageous, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have very strong organisational and multi-tasking skills as you will be leading the team by example. You must have a positive, proactive customer approach.
