Your new role
This is a fast-paced role with multiple projects running at once so the ability work in an agile manner to complete multiple priorities is essential. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Direct strategy and Enablement team. Your main responsibilities will include stakeholder management, business process mapping, supporting implementations, bridging the gap between vendors and internal stakeholders. You will also have a chance to contribute during meetings, provide innovative ideas and solutions

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and proven track record of previous project involvement. This individual will be working as part of a team split across on site locations and working remotely so strong communication and stakeholder management skill is essential. Experience in Agile and Scrum is sought after alongside experience in identification of the ‘as is’ processes & the designing of the ‘to be’ processes. You will also have strong previous experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, projects and ideally IBM Blueworks.
