• Engage with the estimating team on the pricing of projects.
• Be the point of contact for customers following the sales process until commissioning stage.
• Ensuring all safety policies are implemented and adhered to.
• Managing budgets/deadlines and making decisions.
• Implementing procedures to mitigate recurring risks.
• Keeping Clients/Stakeholders up to date and ensuring they have all the relevant RAMS/Safety documentation.
• Keep financials up to date daily (Live costings).
• Weekly reporting to management of the status of each project.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on-time and on budget.

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil).
• Minimum Three years in a Project Management role.
• Have a practical approach to problem-solving.
• A resourceful and proactive problem solver.
• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Comfortable to challenge the status quo and hold people and the organisation accountable.

• Strong communication skills.
• High Degree of flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Confident to implement procedures as they see fit to improve the efficiency within the company.
