Banking Sales Advisor, Dublin, 12-month contract

Your new company

You will be working as a Sales and Service Advisor with one of the country’s leading retail banks. You will be joining a team based in North Dublin and will be required to be fully onsite while you learn your new role and will be able to work from home twice a week once settled. Your new office benefits from free parking and subsidised canteen.

Your new role

In this role, you will manage personal lending applications and enquiries from our most valued customers over the phone. Since this position involves selling both regulated and non-regulated products, candidates must be accredited in these product categories by completing the Qualified Financial Advisor modules.
  • Handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Build rapport with each customer by understanding their needs and identifying additional sales opportunities.
  • Take ownership and resolve each situation to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries /requests in a timely manner and with a first call resolution approach.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A track record of delivering a consistent level of exceptional service to customers.
  • Proven track record for delivering strong results against agreed targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • APA Loans (Loans & Regulations)
