Call Centre Agent, Naas, 12 month assignment, €14.55 per hour

This strong Irish bank is going from strength to strength with over 200 locations nationwide, providing a diverse range of services to banking, financial and related services. One of its busy offices located in Naas is expanding and looking for multiple call centre agents to join their team.
Your new role
This is an ideal role for an individual who would like to take the first step towards building a career within one of Irelands leading banks. You will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service over the phone and to assist and provide solutions for any issue which may arise by taking the appropriate action and ensuring that every customer’s experience on the phone is as streamlined and efficient as possible. You will receive extensive training when you start, you will learn about the bank’s services, the bespoke IT systems and of course how to handle the calls.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in a customer facing role demonstrating a high standard of service. You will possess great communication and problem-solving skills in order to deal with customers queries and complaints. Contact Centre / Customer Support and previous Banking experience is desirable but not essential.
