Your new roles centres around understanding the needs to provide the highest quality customer service, delivers to customers’ expectations and acts with total integrity. This candidate will be a team player that will contribute fully, shares information and opinions. This role will require the successful candidate to have a proactive engagement with customers through inbound and outbound calls to obtain sustainable solutions. They will also request collate and present information for decisioning by management or Credit

What you'll need to succeed
This role is Mcc impacted so it is essential that you hold an APA in loans and Regulations at a minimum as you will be giving advice to customers. The ideal candidate will also have strong customers focus and a proven commitment to customer excellent standards.
