This Irish owned SME has been operational for generations, having grown over the past decade they are hiring an additional Assistant Accountant to join the team and work alongside the finance manager, The office is based in a central north Dublin suburb and accessible from various routes. There is parking on site. This role will be office based and offers flexible working hours

Your new role
You will be tasked with varied duties that will develop over the course of your career. You will work alongside the finance manager and be responsible for areas such as debtors, creditors, month end preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss accounts, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, reporting on various areas and more. You will play a key role within the company and be offered ample room for growth as the time goes on

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Accounts professional with exposure to all the facets above, and ideally working towards a qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or similar. You will have clear understanding of month end processed and work well as part of a team. This role calls for excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
