Application Support, 12-Month Contract, Hybrid Role Based in Dublin

Your new role
You will be working on a critical 3rd party Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) software platform. You will be working with the external vendor to resolve critical platform issues and track new product feature requirements. You will provide admin support such as performing user setup processes for new and existing users, track all issues and requests in Jira and resolve any issues where able, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have excellent vendor management experience. You will be able to work with the vendor to resolve and/or ensure production issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also have experience in production services and be able to act upon client needs. You will have previous experience with SRM/CRM software and program management processes.
