Your new role
This full-time role, which included working in a professional office environment as a key member of the team at the reception desk. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management -Greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and handling enquiries.
- Administrative Support - Assisting team members with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising correspondence.
- Document Management - Preparing and filing documents, reports, and client records to maintain an organised office environment.
- Office Communication - Facilitating communication between team members and clients, ensuring that messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
- Team Coordination - Supporting team projects and activities, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
What you'll need to succeed
- Organisational Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Office Software - Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for document preparation and data entry.
- Professionalism - A friendly and professional demeanour, representing the client positively to clients and visitors.
