Your new company
As Office Administrator you will join a Museum in Dublin City Centre that is a permanent visitor attraction and one of Ireland’s top Museums to explore. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 2-year contract to support the General Manager and wider team.

Your new role
As Office Administrator you will be reporting to the General Manager and working as part as the Museum Team providing general administrative support. Your duties will include but are not limited to handling enquiries and booking requests, responding to clients in a timely and courteous manner, entering bookings in reservation booking system and generating reports as required, providing pricing and information about visiting the museum, managing the capacity for the various time periods daily utilising the system as appropriate, working with the management team to generate purchase orders and queries relating to invoices and procurement, assisting with stock management for the retail area, filing, database management and all general administrative duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
To become Office Administrator, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with the ability to work on a broad range of tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. You will also have proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and experience using databases.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient administrative and organisation skills you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
