As Administration Supervisor, you will join a team of Administrators in one of Dublin’s growing Childcare Agencies. Your new office will be based in Dublin 15. This company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. There will be hybrid working options following the probationary period.
Your new role
You will be responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day administrative tasks in the office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to liaising with vendors, suppliers and the maintenance team, assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new staff members, helping with the Garda Vetting process and general office organisation and ad-hoc duties.
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the administration sector within a reputable childcare agency.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 3-4 years of administrative experience. Past experience in a leadership position is beneficial. Experience working on projects/ background in project management is desirable but not essential. Must have an ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work on own initiative. You will have a proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook / Teams). You must have experience in professional communication with clients and suppliers.
