Your new role

• Process and code invoices and expense reports accurately and timely
• Verify accuracy of invoices, bills, and expense reports and reconcile discrepancies with vendors
• Prepare and process payment for vendors in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and vendor information
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist with month-end closing processes and produce financial reports as needed
• Maintain and manage a vendor database, ensuring all vendor information is up-to-date and accurate
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software, such as SAP Business One and QuickBooks is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
