Your new role

• Acting as the customer interface in answering any accounts payable queries received.
• Receiving and processing all payable invoices received within the organisation from a central location.
• Completing the matching process between invoice, purchase orders and good receipts within the finance system to enable payment.
• Responding to all queries received from supplier and or vendors. Managing and tracking all such queries, escalating as required to the business and closing these queries on a timely basis.
• Maintaining vendor master data details through an agreed process which includes the signing off and processing of all master data changes.
• Answering invoice queries in the resolution queue which involves returning incorrect invoices to suppliers and requesting revised invoices. Contacting the local authority to receipt in invoices and answer any queries relating to an invoice in relation to receipting the invoice.
• Managing supplier accounts- requesting statements, reconciling the accounts, ensuring that all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
• Dealing with supplier queries through service now and by taking phone calls.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous high volume Accounts Payable experience
ERP systems experience
