A leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry are seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Administrator/Receptionist on a rolling temporary contract with the view of permanency to join their expanding team in Co Clare. Your new role
As the Accounts Payable Administrator/Receptionist you will report directly to the Office Manager. Your duties will include ensuring and assisting with the daily and monthly AP administration and scanning of invoice, address any escalated vendor queries or AP discrepancies in relevant documentation, ensure accurate administration/filing, answering any queries via phone and emails in a timely manner as well as being the first POC for any customers/clients.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will ideally have experience as an office Administrator/Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organization, written and verbal communication, customer service and time management skills with the ability to work independent but able to work well as part of a team and to help with other office tasks as needed. In addition, experience in AP Administration, purchase invoicing, monthly reports and this successful candidate must be proficient in MS Office (Excel/spreadsheets).
