An exciting hybrid role, two days in the office and the rest of the week remotely opened in Cork for an Accounts Payable Administrator.

Your new role

• Payment Processing Set up and process payments to suppliers accurately and efficiently.
• Banking platforms and processing a variety of payment types
• Cleaning import loans (CILs), transfers, manual payments, BACS file uploads.
• Responsible for maintaining the payment templates and updating when new bank details are received.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• ERP System: Utilize our ERP system for managing accounts payable tasks.
• Process Improvements: Identify and suggest improvements to accounts payable processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role.
• ERP Systems: Proven experience with ERP systems.
• MS Office & Excel: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-Orientated: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team Environment: Comfortable working in a very small team and remotely.
• Proactive: Proactive and resourceful in resolving issues and improving processes.
• Growth Potential: Ability to grow with the role as it develops.
