Accounts Assistant required for busy SME based in D18. Permanent. Salary to €42,000. Hybrid
Your new company
This Irish owned SME have been operational for more than 20 years across the country. With multiple office's across Ireland and the HQ based in Sandyford. They are hoping to add an accounts assistant to the team to assist with the growing business and busy finance function.
Your new role
You will be responsible for varied duties including but not limited too -
- Daily Accounts payable management
- Carry out new supplier bank verification checks
- Arrange monthly payment runs and update accounting records
- Accounts receivable and debt collection
- Monthly management accounts preparation
- Budget and cashflow preparation
- Assisting with financial reporting and more
Your duties will develop as time goes on and you will have the opportunity to grow within your role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally hold an accounting technician qualification or relevant degree. You will be a team player and enjoy working with others as well as on your own initiative. This role calls for excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Pervious experience in a similar role within an SME highly desired. To be considered you must hold a valid working visa and be available for interview in the D18 office

This company operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days based in office and 2 days working form home each week, the first months will be fully office based for training.
