Your new role
Your new role centres around supporting the GRU Client Service & Metrics Framework, Client service management, build and strengthen client relationships, improving control of reconciliation service levels and to identify further initiatives for process improvement, and working in partnership with other teams within the business for affective outcomes and solutions. The GRU Client Service team is responsible for building and maintaining excellent client relationships and act as the direct faceoff between GRU and the respective internal businesses served.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, a 5 years’ experience within the financial services would be desirable, supporting regional/global delivery teams with a proven track record for delivering quality and accuracy, collating, and presenting relevant business metrics and practical Operations processing experience in an ICG product line, particularly TTS.
