BILLING ANALYST/BUSINESS ANALYST/IT ANALYST DUBLIN CITY

A market leading multinational telecommunications company are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Billing team. This permanent job is based in their modern offices in Dublin City which are easily accessible by road and public transport.
A customer focused approach is essential as you will manage resolution of any customer query escalations. As a key member of the Billing Team you will also be responsible for coaching of Billing administrators and management of third party vendors, ensuring that SLA's are met.
Responsibilities will also extend to management of Quality Assurance across the Billing function and producing reports on this process.
MVNO experience is a strong desirable and will stand as an advantage to the successful candidate
This position offers an opportunity to secure a senior position within the Billing Team of a thriving telecommunications organisation. To be successful in this permanent job you must have experience in a high volume Billing environment and in a customer facing role as well as at least 3 years supervisory or third party vendor management experience. Quality assurance implementation and management experience would also be beneficial.
A natural customer focus is essential as is the ability to work in a fast paced environment and to strict targets and deadlines. You will be a motivated self starter and will apply an analytical approach to your work whilst complying to the process driven environment of a Billing department.
