Office Manager - €45,000 DOE - Dublin 2

Your new company

As Office Manager, you will join a bespoke office provider who offer rental office space for organisations across Dublin. As Office Manager, you will primarily be based in their City Centre Office, but flexibility to travel to their South Dublin Office is required. This is a full-time permanent contract position, based onsite.

Your new role

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both offices. Some of your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Face to face meetings with members, including greeting and onboarding.

· Answering all member queries via phone / email that arise.

· Arranging member meetings.

· Providing health and safety training / set-ups.

· Managing all facility processes, such as carrying out daily building checks, arranging repairs where needed and managing IT systems.

· Coordinating the management of the cleaning team.

· Managing all posts, stock, and deliveries.

· Arranging post / mail pickups for members.

· Additional duties as required by senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have at least 3+ years of facilities / office management experience. You will have excellent organisational skills and adaptability as this role is both fast-paced and varied. You will be able to work well on initiative and independently with little to no supervision. You will have a broad range of administration skills and experience, along with strong technical abilities, such as MS Office and Bespoke systems.

Please note, you will be required to work in both office locations, so flexibility is essential.
