This client is a well-known property management company based in Cork.

Your new role

Perform planned and reactive property maintenance inspections.
Attend meetings with property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Log all inspection reports on CRM system.
Liaise confidently with clients and tenants, ensuring excellent service.
Schedule and coordinate works to resolve reported maintenance issues.
Record and maintain comprehensive records to effectively manage information.
Travel to properties for inspections (Roughly 2-3 days per week).

What you'll need to succeed

Strong technical ability using Outlook, Word and Excel required.
Proven experience in a property administration role.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
