Your new role
This role is critical to the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of high-volume financial crime activities. You’ll enable the operation to perform at its best and liaise directly with our customers. You’ll play a key role in delivering business strategies, providing verbatim customer feedback, and enabling other operations teams to achieve their objectives." In this role the candidate will report to the Team Lead in Operations Support & Enablement.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring all interactions are professional, positive, and supportive.
- Documentation Management: Request, receive, and safely handle confidential documentation from customers, ensuring all information is securely stored and processed in line with safeguarding and confidentiality protocols.
- Financial Crime Prevention: Play a pivotal role in protecting customers, the bank, and the wider community by supporting projects aimed at the prevention and detection of financial crime.
- Project Participation: Contribute actively to various projects managed by the team, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities and requirements.
- Hybrid Working: Work three days per week in the office and two days from home, following successful completion of the training period.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver team objectives, support shared goals, and contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment.
- Data Confidentiality: Ensure strict adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards at all times.
