Your new role

You will join a busy real estate team as a Legal Executive, focusing on renewable energy property transactions. You will work closely with an experienced partner who will provide guidance and support, while you take ownership of progressing and completing assigned transactions. This is a fully on-site role, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities

• Reviewing title documentation and drafting high-quality option agreements and leases.
• Managing pre‑option enquiries, carrying out and reviewing necessary searches, and ensuring accurate execution and completion of option agreements.
• Handling stamp duty processes and preparing/filing required documentation with the relevant authorities.
• Maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and keeping all files, correspondence, and documentation to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working in a property department with a strong understanding of property transactions and title review.
• Solid experience as a Legal Executive.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in client‑facing roles.
• Strong judgment, including the ability to recognise when issues need to be escalated.
• A motivated, results‑driven approach and the ability to take ownership of files from start to finish.
