Your new role

**Your new role is a supervisory / management position and there are several Dublin vacancies across different locations**

As a Bricklaying Foreman with a strong trade background, you will oversee external facade brickwork and blockwork on major residential, apartment developments. Being a supervisory role is ideal for a senior bricklayer who has progressed into site leadership or is ready to take that next step.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bricklaying operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all work is delivered safely, to programme, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate bricklaying and blockwork crews on large-scale apartment projects.
  • Manage external facade works, including facing brick, blockwork, and associated elements
  • Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control, and site cleanliness
  • Liaise with site management, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Enforce health & safety procedures and lead by example on site
  • Assist with resolving technical and construction issues as they arise


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong bricklaying trade background (timeserver bricklayer preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Foreman, Charge hand, or Supervisor
  • Proven experience working on external facade and blockwork packages
  • Experience in medium to large-scale residential or apartment developments
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Solid leadership and communication skills
  • Strong focus on quality, productivity, and safety
  • Valid Safe Pass and manual handling (SMSTS/SSSTS an advantage)


What you'll get in return

This role is with a main contractor as part of their management team. This can be paid on an hourly rate or a salary.
Hourly rates come with overtime (10 hours per week), and are paid at €30.00 - €40.00 per hour (+ overtime).
This can also be salaried – up to €75,000 + vehicle or fuel allowance + company pension + performance-related bonus etc.
