Traffic Engineer - Roads & Transport
Your New Role
As a Traffic Engineer based in Dublin, you will be part of a growing Roads and Transportation Division, contributing to the delivery of impactful infrastructure and mobility projects across Ireland. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transport planning and traffic engineering assignments, including traffic modelling, mobility management, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior engineers to support the planning, design, and implementation of transport solutions that improve connectivity, safety, and sustainability.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- ALevel 8 Honours Degree in Civil or Transport Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2–6 years of experience in a consultancy or engineering environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2D (3D is an advantage).
- Familiarity with traffic modelling tools such as PICADY, ARCADY, and LinSig.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience liaising with clients, local authorities, and external stakeholders is a plus.
