Your new company
Your new organisation is a regulatory body in Dublin's city centre. They are easily accessible via public transport, including Dublin Bus and the LUAS. They are looking for you to join them on a part-time basis.
Your new role
In your new role, you will act as a support to the Board of Directors. You will be responsible for all functions of the Secretary of the Board, as set out in the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies. You will provide regular updates to senior management on best practice in legal and operational matters and all aspects of Board operations. You will also perform duties delegated by the Board of Directors, including taking minutes at meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will have a qualification in corporate governance/company secretarial or legal. You will have working experience in a Board Secretary position and have taken minutes at board meetings. You must be open to working on a part-time basis (on average 2 days per week).
