One difference in the Shared Service Centre industry is the requirement for IT people with more than one language. We have a large amount of bilingual, technical support jobs at first line and second line. Within the shared service centres there are also a range of IT analyst jobs, tester jobs, development jobs, project management jobs and senior management jobs where a second language is beneficial. However, there are plenty of IT jobs in the Shared Service Centre industry that don't require multilinguals and we also have them on offer.
