Plant/Production Manager x 2 (Galway/Cork): Job Details
The Company: Our client is a leading environmental and waste management company with operations across Ireland and Europe. Due to continued expansion they now seek to fill the following positions:
Plant/Production Managers (Munster) Our client is looking for two plant/production managers to be based out of their sites in Galway and Cork. The successful candidates will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day plant and production activities of the company’s recycling division. The candidate will have an engineering qualification, have previous experience in a materials processing environment such as a quarry or manufacturing environment and be able to identify “what works and what doesn’t” within an organisation in order to remain efficient in the current market. The candidate must be enthusiastic, hard working, be an excellent communicator as well as having previous experience in a similar environment.
Criteria: - 3rd level engineering qualification.
- 5 years experience in a similar role with ideally a construction materials processing company (e.g. Quarry or Manufacturing environment)
- Health & Safety qualification/knowledge is preferred.
- Hard working attitude.
