Company Profile:
Our Client is an established Civil Engineering Contractor, with their HQ in Kildare who specialise in roads, paths, utilities, site clearance, demolitions and flood barriers.
They seek an experienced and well connected construction professional to identify and win new contracts.
The main aim for the position is to promote, maintain and drive the businesses forward and increasing the companies profile throughout Ireland. Relevant marketing experience will be advantageous.
The individual must have experience of winning tenders and closing deals with major companies within the Civils sector of the Construction Industry and of building key relationships with Main Contractors, Government Bodies, Public Works Organisations and professional consultants including Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors. You will identify and actively prospect multiple projects and help manage the tender process through to handover. You will help the business in its plans for growth.
 
Requirements:

• The successful candidate must have experience of securing work in the civil works industry in the public and private sectors. 
• Must have QS/Estimating, bid and tendering experience in similar industry role.
• Must be degree qualified.
• You will be client facing, and have a proven record underlining your ability to build relationships, with the objective of converting these to contract wins.
• The successful candidate will have experience within a Main Contractor Organisation and must be able to demonstrate past successes, together with a well developed network of contacts
• The candidate will be a driven, focused individual and an excellent self-starter with a strong desire to succeed.

Salary:

• Salary will be dependent on experience; Package will include car allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus scheme.
