Life & Pensions Administrator - Temporary Roles: Job Details
Life & Pension Administration jobs available with leading Third Party Adminstration business in Dublin. Due to increase in workload and on-going project and process improvement focus, this business is keen to recruit candidates that possess previous experience of at least 6-12months within the Life & Pension industry and would be keen to further their experience within a similar role.
The right candidate will be immediately available and would of previously gained experience within the Life & Pensions industry in Ireland, you will be a strong team player, with excellent administration skills who is organised and able to interact confidently with both internal and external colleagues of all levels.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Required to manage their workload in a timely and accurate manner, by prioritising their tasks to meet both external and internal deadlines, turnaround times and service standards. This would involve the processing of a targeted number of tasks and ensure that 95% are completed within the agreed SLA.
- Where applicable, process claims compliantly and within industry and departmental standards, ensuring that all requirements are met and continuously monitored.
- Management of all general servicing requests in order to provide accurate information to customers. This is achieved by the sorting and index posting of all workflow systems.
- Identify issues which have an impact on service delivery and quality, and flag to the team Comprehensive
- Ensure there is adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures. Strive to achieve 100% accuracy by exercising due care in following the standards which are set up in relation to the team’s processes and checking procedures.
- All correspondence received or made by email or letter is to be dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
- It is important that all CSAs return client and broker calls when necessary in a prompt and professional manner.
- Take ownership of all customer and broker queries / issues by providing ongoing support and delivering a quality, professional, accurate and efficient service.
- May be required to work on additional projects and tasks as agreed with their Line Manager, while participating fully in the team’s activities.
- They will be expected to contribute in the promotion of a friendly, professional image to customers and colleagues.
- Maintain and update all file records and ensure Quality Control checks.
