Experience Required- Qualified 3 years Ideally from a General Insurance / Health Background but will consider life or pensions background
- Possess a solid IT background and the ability to demonstrate programming experience, writing database queries and project management.
- Experience in liaising with, and coordinating efforts of others with whom there is no direct reporting relationship
- Experience of Visual Basic and SQL
- Fluency in English and another European language would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts
- Excellent analytical skills
- High attention to detail including a commitment to accuracy of reporting.
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and resolve complex problems without direct supervision
