Job profile:
Park and post non stock accounts payable invoices
Post stock accounts payable invoices
Scan invoices and forward to relevant country controller for approval
Vendor master data set up requests
Vendor reconciliations and resolution of differences
Exception items analysis and resolution
Filing of invoices
Payment program schedules
Liaise with 3rd party and inter-company vendors as required
Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
Adept in dealing with high volume invoicing
Ability to gel with multi cultural team
Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a multinational
Ability to determine issue materiality & urgency
Currently studying for a professional accountancy qualification
Excellent IT skills, proficiency in Oracle desirable
